Hi. I teach at Olivet Nazarene University and am an elder in the Reformed Church in America. I'm married to Linda and have two daughters. I believe that restricting women from using their leadership gifts in church is one form of quenching the Spirit, and that patriarchalism, even couched in Christian terminology, is bad for marriages.
